Congrats! I remember the feeling. Watch out, this whole sock thing becomes a major addiction. The yarn is like crack and you'll be ready to sell you soul just to get another tasty skein. Be strong!

Nice socks. Way better than my first attempt, and no way would I have gifted even those to my mom they sucked that hard. You're a socknatural.

Happy Birthday! I come by way of Cristi's (aka Turtlegirl76's) blog. Your first socks are pretty cool. May they be better received than my first pair! Of course, it's literally been years since I made my first ones that the ones I'm currently working on feel like I'm learning all over again! Good luck on your knitting quest.

Since Turtle Girl says you still wet yourself every time you get a comment, I jut couldn't resist! :)

Happy birthday youngster!

Great job on the socks - congrats on knitting your first pair. Careful now, it becomes an addiction!

You're in trouble! Sock love is a pretty serious disease. It will often lead to sock obsession. And then you'll find yourself drowning in sock yarn. Beware!

Yep, you've got the sock bug! Watch out! Excellent first pair there!

Have a super birthday and party!

Cool pouch. I should knit one to hold my cell around the house. It's getting embarrassing how many times I lose it.
